Mariah is the best! She stayed on top of all communication with other realtors/vendors/inspectors and consistently relayed information to us. Most importantly, she provided professional expertise when asked but did not pressue to make any decisions that we were not comfortable with. Much of our sale process happened with us at a distance and she jumped in when necessary and kept things on track. Highly recommend!
